Snow Festival Christmas Gift Enclosures

I played around today with the Snow Festival Designer Series Paper today and this is what I created:

3" x 3" Gift Enclosures that fit in our small square envelopes perfectly!
The images on one of the sheets of  Snow Festival DSP are 3" x 3" so I cut them down to 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" and mounted them on 3" x 3" notes that I cut from a sheet of 12" x 12" Whisper White card stock.  I used the "Do not open until Christmas" circle stamp from More Merry Messages and then punched it out and mounted it on the new 1 1/4" circle scallop punch and then added it to a few of the notes.  I used the Ghoulish Googly Eyes on the larger owl image to give him a little character and before I knew it I had 8 cute little notes to attach to my Christmas Gifts!

Hmmm......could be a project for the next Stamp Club Gathering...
Until next time ~

Stamp Your Dream Designs has expanded!

I am thrilled to announce that my handmade paper craft line of products, Stamp Your Dream Designs, is now available in 2 additional locations!  In addition to Vintage Market in Turlock, you can now find my greeting card line (and more, coming soon) at The Chocolate Lady Shop in downtown historic Angels Camp!  Many thanks to Tey Cross for supporting local artisans and letting me be a part of his fabulous store!

My designs are also located at a brand new shop in downtown Turlock, called Emporium!

Emporium is located next to Bistro 234 and features Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, vintage home furnishings, home decor, and items made by local artisans.  It is the creation of the very talented Dana McGarry and I am very fortunate to have my greeting card and handmade gift and home decor line located inside.  You can also find the very beautiful creations of my friend Ale Q there as well.  She makes the coolest hats and a myriad of many other items.  She is another very crafty chick!

So remember to shop local for your holiday gifts!

You can also find many other cool items at these local shops in downtown Turlock:
Vintage Market
Ritzy Rags
Glitz Boutique
Chic Shack
Main Street Antiques
Trinkets to Treasures
DIGS (another fabulous new store)
A Little Bit of This (under new ownership)

Until next time ~

The Crafty Chicks of Calaveras County unite!

So yesterday was the first gathering of my new stamping group, The Crafty Chicks of Calaveras County!  The six of us gathered at my home in Angels Camp for an afternoon of getting to know each other and of course, crafting!  We had so much fun...here are a couple of the projects that we made.  There is one more project that we made, but since it is also a project for my Holiday Hoopla event next weekend, I will not share it until after that class!

Thanks so much to Sherry, Linda, Jolene, Pat & Veronica! I had a great time sharing these cards with you and can't wait to do it again next month!
Until next time ~
